Salary (RM) RM4000 to RM5000
Location Kota Kemuning
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in managing office operations such as daily administrative tasks, HR and business operation matters between office and factory.
  • Assist in translation of written communication and documentation, English to Mandarin vice-versa.
  • Preparing report and analysis
  • Follow-up with HODs on GM’s request and ensure deadlines are met
  • Communicate with regulatory authorities, monitor and coordinate for warehouse site progress status and issues
  • Work closely with all level of colleagues in Malaysia and China offices.
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings, appointments, travelling arrangement, deadlines etc.
  • Managing database and filling systems in orderly manner for easy retrieval.
  • Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing special or ad hoc functions and duties when requires

Requirements
:     
  • Possess relevant qualification in business admin, secretaryship or equivalent
  • 5 years and above of working experience in administrative and business management
  • Initiative, discretion and judgement of a high order with the ability to maintain confidentiality      
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Able to work independently and under pressure to achieve tight work deadlines
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Pleasant personality and good communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge and broad understanding of office protocols in a corporate business work environment
  • Demonstrated high level computer literacy skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills in multilingual work environment
  • Able to start work immediately is an advantage
