Customer Service Executive/Assistant (Freight/Logistics)

Location : Subang Jaya

Salary : RM RM3000 - RM5000

job description

  • To provide good customer service for optimal customer satisfaction
  • Build and manage good relation with customer, business partners and all external parties
  • To handle and co-ordinate on customer shipment both offline or online via Sysfreight management system, ensure the efficacy of shipment cycles, reporting and timelines
  • Monitor shipment status
  • Response to customer inquiries (email or phone)
  • Monitor POD status
  • Compiling shipment documents
  • Prepare customer service report
  • Coordinate with Sales and operation teams
  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree holders are welcome
  • 1 - 5 years working experience.  Training will be provided
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge/experience in Sysfreight management system will be an added point
  • Excellent follow-up skill and accuracy in documentation process/information update
  • Proficient in BM, English and good communication skill. Ability in extra language such as mandarin would be advantageous
  • Proficient in computer skill
  • Pleasant personality, committed and responsible as a teamworker
  • Able to work independently under minimum supervision

  • Basic salary commensurate with experience, plus allowance.
