Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for administration and execution of full spectrum of HR and admin functions
  • Accountable for monthly payroll processing, employee compensation & benefit
  • Responsible to handle employee’s relationship matter
  • Assist in full cycle of recruitment process
  • Review and enhance employee handbook, company policies, and HR procedures
  • Possess the knowledge and the experience in handling work pass application for foreign worker
  • Work with manager to monitor staff performance via KPI & other HR matters

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma, Degree or above in in Human Resource Management or relevant fields
  • More than 2 years of working experience in HR & admin full functions and relevant tasks
  • Hands on experiences or extensive exposure in Malaysia Employment Act 1955
  • Good communication skills and able to work with people in all levels
  • Leadership experiences or experiences in IT industry will be an added advantage
  • Willing to work Monday – Friday 9am-6pm & alternate Saturday half day
  • Permanent position
