Job Description:

• Attends tender briefing and site visits to understand the Projects requirements
• Sources and prepares information for participation in tender exercise including measurement, inviting quotations, costing report and submission of tender
• Prepares tender replies upon consultation with superior and attends tender interviews
• Review tender pricing, understands the project schedule and profit margin 
• Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating material and labour costs used in the tendering process
• Review letter of appointments, contract drawings and documents and to highlight any deviation from the tender
• Drafting of letter of award and work order
• Liaising with clients, consultants and site managers
• Proper work documentation and database
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as and when required

• Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Electrical, Quantity Survey preferably in Civil Engineering
• At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field. 
• Experience in tendering process of Projects
• Able to work off site and travel to Projects sites
• Good communications and technical reporting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates a strong sense of initiative with the ability to work independently
• Self-motivated and possess strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
