Job Scope of a Recruiter:

  • Representing the Agency, you are responsible for overall recruitment process i.e. talent search, screen, select and assess candidates aiming to shortlist most suitable candidates for the job roles required by our clients
  • Build a robust candidate pipeline using a variety of search methods 
  • Acquires new employers account through network, telephone calls and emails
  • To work with clients and build relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their organisation culture, recruitment needs and preferences
  • Study the job order to gain industrial specific understanding and survey hiring trends prior to talent search
  • Draft and prepare job advertisement appropriately in agency portal, major job portals, professional network and social medias to attract suitable candidates
  • Search candidate databases to find the right person for required vacancy
  • Maintain a trusting relationship with candidates
  • Data entry of candidates data and job orders into Application Tracking System
  • Conduct interviews online or in person, and prepare CV of shortlisted candidates for submission and introduction to clients
  • Coordinate recruitment process between candidates and clients i.e interview scheduling, reference check, negotiating and finalising arrangement between candidates and clients. 
  • Follow up on billings and payment
  • Work and interact closely with fellow recruiters to enhance customer relationship management and successful closings

Requirements:
We are looking at someone who is
  • Diploma and above qualification. 
  • You have advantage if you possess tertiary qualification/experience such as Information Technology, Engineering of all disciplines, Human Resources Management, Manufacturing, Finance and Accounting, FMCG, Psychology among others.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Computer literate especially MS Office application, outlook, internet search and etc
  • Self-discipline with a positive attitude
  • A self-starter and keenness to grow
  • Ability in managing stress and mitigate conflict with high emotional quotient
  • Score high in conscientiousness and non-judgemental mentality
  • Good time management and enjoy talking to people
  • Characteristics of organized personality
