Responsibilities:

• To provide support services to the client in Microsoft Dynamics Product
• To provide support to consultant in helping them to perform task in relates to the project, such as report and document building, systems setup, data migration and etc.
• To provide support to pre-sales in helping them to develop and demo template.
• Work with team members to estimate timelines and define project plans
• To perform any other duties that may arise.

• Degree/Diploma in IT/Accounting or Equivalent with 2-3 years experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Good in business processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Discipline, right attitude, honest, initiative, logical thinking and hardworking
• Candidates with Microsoft ERP/MRP implementation experience
• Able to provide guidance and training to internal team and clients
• Candidates with accounting background/experience will be an added advantage
• Experiences with any cloud solutions deployment and configuration will be added advantage
