Accounts and Admin Executive

Location : Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Salary : RM 3,800 - 5,000

job description

  • Responsible for day-to-day accounting - accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, data compilation, billing, and other accounting tasks

  • Monthly account closing and payroll processing
  • Monitor project progressive claims and payment to sub-contractors
  • Plan and monitor cash-flow position and plan to ensure smooth cash flow for operations

  • Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts

  • To prepare yearly audit schedule for external auditing purpose
  • Closely liaise with bankers and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance
  • In charge of office admin tasks and assist management staff on business administration

  • Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:

  • Possess Degree or Diploma in accounting

  • 3 years and above of experience in handling full set account independently
  • Experience in processing payroll for small team is an advantage
  • Strong practical and technical accounting background, understand accounting compliance and standard

  • Familiar with accounting system Autocount is an advantage

  • Possess initiative and organisational skill

  • Possess high integrity and confidentiality
  • Accustomed to small team size work environment
  • Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude

  • 5 days week work
