  • Responsible for identifying the actual or standard costs incurred in product manufacturing by examining the entire supply chain costs
  • Ensuring the product costing system is continually refined and up-to-date with the precise calculation of product costs.
  • Conduct regular reassessments of costing to factor in fluctuations in material costs.
  • Engage in diligently examining and supervising the Bill of Materials (BOM) within the ERP system.
  • Uphold the integrity of standard costs, selling prices, and product configurations within the ERP system.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of manufacturing expenses, generating regular reports that contrast standard costs against actual production figures.
  • Facilitate the incorporation of Production and Sales Configurations into the ERP system.
  • Responsible for the execution of month-end closing processes related to costing.
  • Examine and deliver comprehensive margin reports segregated by product and project
  • Collaborate with PPC teams to identify and expedite the elimination of outdated inventory
  • Provide oversight and occasional review of the weekly cycle counting activities throughout the fiscal year.
  • Execute meticulous reconciliations of inventory accounts with the general ledger entries.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification such as CMA/ACCA is preferred but not a must
  • At least 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment with costing experience.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Good analysis skill and meticulous
  • Possess supervisory skill
  • Fluency in English
  • Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
