  • Develop territory plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Achieve territory sales, profitability and budget goals.
  • Track and analyze sales data for assigned region or accounts.
  • Establish relationships to develop account plans and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop new business/accounts.Requirements
  • Develop opportunity pipelines for existing and new Products.
Requirements :
  • Min Degree/Diploma in a relevant field (Science or related disciplines).
  • Approximately 5 years of sales experience in the electronics industry or a related field.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Japanese is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Technical competency related to the role.
  • Proven successful sales track record.
  • Highly self-motivated, independent, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales.
