Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver online and offline events.

• Ensure training smoothly, efficiently, on time and within budget.

• Build up and maintain effective relationships with distributors to support the growth of the network business.

• Good in problem solving skills to handle and resolve any issues that may arise from the event/training.

• Any other ad-hoc projects/duties related to sales as per assigned.

Requirements

• Min Degree / Diploma in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline.

• Min 2 years experience as Training Executive or similar role.

• Good in communication skills.

• Strong in organizational and time management abilities.

• Good in negotiation skills. 

• Target-driven and able to work effectively in a team environment.

• Willing to work late and on weekends.

• Willing to travel.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Familiar with social media.
