  • Managing, building and maintaining a team of software developers including everything from back-end to client-side code
  • To design with high-quality coding, develop, deliver and maintain high-quality application using optimal and efficient technologies, frameworks
  • Ensuring a required level of performance
  • Managing and maintaining a proficient software development team
  • Writing test-backed server-side code
  • Analyzing requirements and designing new functionality
  • Supporting and fixing existing functionality
  • Selecting and using the most appropriate and efficient technologies for a particular application
  • Designing and building application layers
  • Managing Projects and team of software implementers

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in C#
  • Experience using .NET Framework
  • Experience in developing ASP.NET MVC
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server RDBMS
  • Database design including indexes and data integrity
  • Understanding of HTML, Javascript and CSS
  • Familiarity with Telerik will have an added advantage
  • Mobile app development skill

Job requirements:
  • Possess Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required language: Fluent English.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in software development and min 2 years of project management.
  • Candidates with Accounting or ERP Software Development knowledge will have an added advantage.
  • Good problem solving skill
