Salary : RM 6,500 - 9,000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and direct deployment of sales staff, training and performance evaluations in order to derive the optimal output from the sales team.

  • Ensures that the entire sales activities including distribution, sales service and collections are properly managed and controlled in line with the Company objectives.

  • Develop new accounts and manage existing customer base in central region by evaluating sales potential

  • Actively follow up with customers’ requirements

  • Identify customers’ needs and offer technical solutions, training & application support

  • Plan, forecast and materialize personal sales target

  • Utilize company tools to maintain & management clientele

Job Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with preferably 5 years of experience in test and measurement or Semicon industry.
  • Preferably with technical background in areas relating to electronics test & measurement/electrical/electronics equipment or semiconductor handler

  • Exposure and technical background in E&E test and measurement solution (EMI/EMC)/equipment or semicon.

  • Strong Knowledge & savvy in electronic & electrical industrial equipment or semicon

  • Able to learn and assimilate new technology quickly

  • Good communication skill especially in English

  • Dynamic, Independent and able to adapt to multi-tasking environment

  • Possess own transport and required to travel within Malaysia
