Salary : RM 3.500 - 3,800 + allowances

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out and follow up to every lead generated through our marketing and events (pre, during & post) 
  • Engage and build excitement with every lead from our epic events 
  • Aims to convert leads into happy clients who can’t wait to start their growth journey 
  • Generate, update and manage every opportunity fully utilising CRM
  • Participating in every event and be the energy that drives the room 
  • Team synergy – work hand-in-hand with Sales Manager, Event Crew & Marketing Team to create magic 
  • Create impact with personalised relationship by participating in daily networking, weekly syncs, and monthly gatherings 


Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in any disciplines.  Your personality and attitude are the key.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing or sales roles, possess global mindset
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
  • Excellent communication skills - clarity and confident.  
  • Speak fluently in English and BM (additional language is a big plus)
  • Tech savvy - willing to tap in various digital tools to enhance sales and marketing 
  • Possess growth mindset especially in self-development
  • Be conscious of building personal brand, a go-to person in client network - answer questions with hearth, clarity and confidence.
  • Stay sharp – know your products, your pitch, and your people inside-out
