Accounts & Admin Executive

Location : Petaling Jaya

Salary : RM 3,500 - 3,800

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day finance and admin tasks
  • Prepare, review, and maintain invoices, payment records, and expenses claims
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, profit forecasts, and budgets. 
  • Handle tax-related matters and support basic audit processes. 
  • Monitor and maintain company accounting systems and internal controls. 
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and external stakeholders. 
  • Support HR-related admin such as leave records, onboarding, and claims. 
  • Organize and manage company documents, reports, and filing systems. 
  • Coordinate logistics and administrative support for events and workshops
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in accounting or relevant qualification
  • 2 years & above of working experience however freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Fluent in English and BM.  Additional language is a advantage
  • Positive attitude, initiative and good in working in team as well as independent
  • A thinker who is always proactively improve process and give ideas 
  • Good in MS office and other digital applications
  • Open to new experience amd willing to seek growth out of your comfort zone - be a p event team and enjoy the opportunities to meet and connect with business owners and leaders through the training program
