Key Responsibilities

• Source freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and contractors.
• Procure and manage global vendors (agencies)
• Compile and manage vendor rates, contracts, and pricing records.
• Prepare quotations for customers and overseas agents.
• Support the sales team in responding to client enquiries and global sales
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of quotations and shipments.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in freight forwarding/shipping/logistics is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of freight terms (FCL, LCL, Airfreight, Incoterms).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines
