We are partnering with a multinational organization seeking a Regional Head of Supply Chain to lead and transform its APAC supply chain operations.

This strategic leadership role will oversee end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, logistics, inventory planning, and distribution across the region. The successful candidate will drive supply chain resilience, cost optimization, and operational excellence while supporting the company’s regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives
• Oversee cross-border logistics, distribution, and regulatory compliance across APAC
• Drive supply chain performance through KPI monitoring and analytics
• Champion supply chain digitalization including SAP and planning tools
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including supplier disruptions, regulatory changes, and geopolitical factors.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and safety standards.
• Establish and lead the Malaysia supply chain team while coordinating regional operations

• 12–15 years of supply chain experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing regional operations.
• Experience in sheet metal or discrete manufacturing industries esp HVAC, will be highly advantageous
• Hands-on experience across materials management, inventory planning, sourcing, and logistics.
• Strong background in APAC logistics, procurement, and S&OP planning
• Experience with SAP and data analytics tools (Power BI / Excel)
• Experience collaborating with regional or global headquarters in a multinational environment.
