We are looking for a passionate Process Engineer to join the dynamic team of a renowned HVAC company. What You’ll Do:
Analyze and redesign manufacturing processes for max efficiency, quality, and safety.
Lead continuous improvement projects using PDCA, Why-Why analysis, and Lean methods.
Collaborate with R&D, Digitalization, and Engineering teams on new product launches.
Develop and optimize SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
Drive automation and digitalization projects—think robotics, AI, and smart systems.
Monitor KPIs and report on performance gains.
Troubleshoot process issues and provide technical support on the floor.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2+ years in process engineering, manufacturing, or industrial optimization.
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (or higher)—Green Belt is a big plus.
Knowledge of Industry 4.0, robotics, automation, or digital manufacturing.
Experience with CAD software like SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Great communication and teamwork vibe.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Hands-on experience with digital transformation or smart factory projects.
Exposure to advanced manufacturing tech like IIoT, AI, or cobots.
