As the company continues to expand their portfolio and embrace the digitalization of Malaysia's tax landscape, we are looking for a meticulous and tech-savvy Senior Accounts Executive to join their team. If you have a palate for detail and are ready to handle the books behind the brands, we want to hear from you.

  • E-Invoice Compliance: Lead the implementation and daily management of the e-Invoice process, ensuring all billing data is formatted and transmitted in compliance with LHDN guidelines.
  • System Management: Utilize Autocount accounting software to its full potential, troubleshooting issues and optimizing the system for the company's distribution workflow.

  • Cash Flow & Reporting: Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts, aging reports, and financial statements for management review.
  • Supplier & Customer Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations with suppliers (overseas and local) and key account customers.
  • Tax & Audit: Prepare audit schedules, tax computations, and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the trading, distribution, or FMCG sector.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Autocount accounting software.
  • Must have working knowledge or familiarity with the e-Invoice framework and implementation in Malaysia.
  • Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Able to start work in short notice is an advantage

What’s in it for you?

  • Strategic Role:  Move beyond just data entry; you will be involved in system optimization (Autocount) and compliance strategy (e-Invoice).
  • Career Growth: This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant looking to specialize in the digitalization of finance within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Dynamic Environment: Work with a product range that is exciting and ever-changing, moving away from mundane, repetitive accounting tasks.
