Our client is a global specialist in commercial kitchen ventilation and indoor air solutions, serving the hospitality, restaurant, and commercial building sectors. They are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and grow regional service operations across Malaysia and Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage service operations, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
• Drive service business growth through maintenance contracts, upgrades, and retrofit projects
• Expand and manage key customer accounts, including FM companies, restaurant chains, developers, owners, and consultants.
• Act as the technical authority for service troubleshooting, system optimisation, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Manage service team performance, training, scheduling, and technical capability development
• Oversee service profitability, budgeting, cost control, and KPI performance
• Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and facility management companies
• Ensure effective service planning, scheduling, execution tracking, and reporting.
• Improve service efficiency using digital service management systems such as Salesforce or FSM platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in service, engineering, or technical management
• Strong knowledge in HVAC, kitchen ventilation, or MEP systems
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L and margin management
• Experience managing regional or multi-site service teams
• Strong leadership, commercial, and customer management skills
• Experience with Salesforce Field Service or similar systems is an advantage
