Accounting Cum Admin Executive (Real Estate Industry)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation and month-end closing
  • Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, journal entries and billing
  • Monitor accounts receivable and collections; follow up on overdue payments
  • Manage accounts payable, supplier payments and expense verification
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and support management reporting
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and filing documentation
  • Perform data entry and accounting transactions using SQL Accounting Software
  • Assist with audit, tax and statutory documentation when required
  • Handle administrative duties including document management, correspondence and office support
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external parties and stakeholders on finance and administrative matters
  • Support general office administration and ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in full set accounting
  • Experience in real estate / property industry will be an added advantage
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Accounting Software is preferred
  • Good understanding of AR, AP, invoicing and financial reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
