Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounting & HR Manager to oversee the company’s full set accounting operations and support essential HR & payroll functions. This role is ideal for accounting professionals with exposure to HR/Admin responsibilities and who enjoy working in a fast-paced logistics environment.


Key Responsibilities
Accounting (Primary Function)

  • Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation and month-end closing
  • Prepare management reports, financial statements, cash flow and budgeting
  • Manage daily accounting operations and ensure timely financial reporting
  • Coordinate audit, tax, statutory and compliance matters
  • Monitor payment collections, cost control and financial accuracy
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and external stakeholders

HR & Administration (Secondary Function)

  • Manage monthly payroll processing and payroll administration
  • Support employee records, leave administration and HR documentation
  • Handle basic HR operations and office administration matters
  • Ensure compliance with labour and company policies

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting with exposure to full set accounts in B2B sector.
  • Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics or related industry is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience in payroll and HR/Admin functions
  • Strong knowledge of accounting practices and statutory compliance
  • Independent, organised and able to manage multiple functions
  • Able to supervise junior accounting staff members

Preferred Profile:
Candidates from accounting background with additional HR/Admin exposure will be highly preferred.
