Customer Service Officer (Membership Services & Operations)

Location : Southkey Mid Valley, Johor Bahru

Salary : RM 2,800 - 3,500 (plus sales incentive)

We are looking for a friendly, presentable and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our client in beauty industry in Johor Bahru.   If you enjoy interacting with customers, managing front counter operations and creating a positive service experience, this role could be a great fit.

Role Description:

  • Attend to customer and member enquiries professionally
  • Handle membership registration, renewals and account requests
  • Process purchases, collections, returns and exchanges
  • Manage cashiering and payment transactions (cash / card / e-wallet)
  • Ensure accurate transaction records and daily reconciliation
  • Prepare products for collection and support stock monitoring
  • Maintain customer records, data entry and operational documents
  • Handle customer feedback and coordinate issue resolution
  • Support events, promotions, roadshows and operational activities
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain service area standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • 2 years’ experience in customer service, retail, front desk or cashiering
  • Good communication skill and multilingual is an advantage 
  • Computer literate and comfortable using systems/POS
  • Pleasant personality with professional presentation
  • Able to work on rotational schedules when required
  • Beauty / skincare / wellness industry exposure is an advantage
