Our client, a global industrial HVAC brand is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of  integrated marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in corporate brand awareness, international campaign management, events coordination, and next-generation digital marketing in corporate and B2B marketing.
 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Campaign & Content Support: Assist in developing and executing marketing materials (presentations, brochures, posters, and digital content) that align with company brand identity.

  • Digital Marketing & Branding: Help manage corporate social media presence, schedule content, and keep an eye on campaign performance to see what resonates with the audience.

  • Event Coordination & Hospitality: Play a key role in the dynamic world of B2B events! You will help coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and customer visits, including handling logistics and corporate guest hospitality arrangements.

  • Market Insights & Data Management: Help keep our marketing databases sharp and up-to-date. You will conduct basic competitor research and assist in preparing regular performance reports to help maximize our ROI.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside internal stakeholders to ensure our marketing activities seamlessly support overall business objectives.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.  

  • Open to passionate Fresh Graduates to 3 years of relevant marketing experience. (Prior exposure to a B2B or industrial environment is an advantage, but not mandatory).

  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) and a highly organised, detail-oriented mindset. You are someone who thrives when managing multiple small moving parts.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva is required for day-to-day content tweaks.
  • Added advantage (skills and knowledge): 
    • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) for visual assets.  
    • A basic understanding of digital marketing tools and standard SEO.

    • Exposure to the future of search, or a keen interest in, AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) for AI search engines
